Aim :- Aim of CCE is :-

1. Reduce the workload on students and to improve the overall skill and ability of the student by means of evaluation of other activities .
2. This process is helpful for those students who are not good in academics to show their talent in other fields such as arts , humanities , sports , music , athletics etc .

Advantages of CCE :-

1. Teachers evaluate students in day to day basic and use the feedback for improvement in teaching-learning process .
2. Teachers can use varieties of evaluation methods over and above the written test .
3. Student can be assessed in both scholastic & co-scholastic areas .
4. Evaluation is done throughout the year .
5. CCE encourage the students informing good study habits .

FA 1 10% APRIL-MAY
FA 2 10% JULY-AUGUST
SA 1 30% SEPTEMBER
SECOND TERM :-
FA 3 10% OCTOBER-NOVEMBER
FA 4 10% JANUARY-FEBURARY
SA 2 30% MARCH
Total (1) Formative assessment (FA) = FA1(10%)+FA2(10%)+FA3(10%)+FA4(10%) = 40%
(2)Summative assessment (SA) = SA1(30%)+SA2(30%) = 60%
